The BioFind
The BioFind is a revolutionary, one-of-a-kind device for scanning
the entire horse's body. Whenever living tissue is damaged or
injured, there is a change in electrical resistance in the tissue
relative to the surrounding area. The BioFind helps locate these
areas by reading variances in electrical resistance in the tissue.
It emits an audible signal when it locates these variations so that
the area can be marked with a watercolor crayon.
The BioFind can help locate compromised areas such as sore muscles,
tendons, nerves and joints. It can also help locate internal
problems by detecting active acupuncture points. When used in an
ongoing fashion, the BioFind has great value in helping prevent
problems (such as bowed tendons), by often detecting electrical
changes BEFORE obvious physical damage occurs. Called "a window to
the body" by medical professionals, the BioFind is simple and easy
to use, requiring no special knowledge; however, the more you learn,
the more efficient you become.
